Yeah, there is a certain hospital system where, if you save your application and exit to re-enter the application later, NOTHING IS ACTUALLY SAVED OF YOUR CHANGES. It reverts to what was automatically pulled (incorrectly) from your resume.
I’m sure you know who I’m talking about.
LOL! Too true sometimes with these online applications. The whole process bothered me so much I am doing some medium research on it for my communications class.

Filling out the application is part of screening process — if you manage to complete it, despite overwhelming odds, you’re obviously a good candidate.
I’m with you. Ive spent the last couple of days working on these. Not to mention personality surveys and the like. Sighhhh.

I hate the stupid personality profiles with a passion. How to answer? Lie and feed them the sunshine they want blown up their holes, or answer truthfully as they beg us to?
